SheHeally Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchanges. Please read the information below for eligibility, conditions, and steps to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Period: 14 Days

Items purchased from sheheally.com can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit or an exchange.

All returns must be authorized before sending anything back. To get started, contact us at info@sheheally.com.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging (including any free gifts or extras received)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Refunds as Store Credit

For hygiene reasons, we do not issue cash refunds. All approved returns will be credited as store credit, which you can use for a future purchase.

Credit is issued once the returned item is received and inspected. If your original order included a promotional discount, the store credit will reflect that.

Exchanges

Need a different item? No problem. Once your return is received, we’ll issue store credit so you can place a new order.

All exchanges are final and not eligible for additional returns.

Return Shipping Fees

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees and must provide a tracking number as proof of return.

Gifts & Gift Cards

  • Gifted items may be exchanged for store credit only.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Bundles & Promotional Offers

Bundles:

  • Returned together: full store credit for the bundle.

  • Returned separately: credit based on the individual item’s price.

Promotions (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1 Free):

  • Returned together: full set credited.

  • Returned separately: store credit calculated proportionally (e.g., 80% value per item).

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Mystery products

  • Free gifts

  • Bulk orders

  • Items damaged by wear and tear or misuse

Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged? We’re here to help.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sheheally.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo showing the damage

  • A picture of the packaging/shipping label

We’ll review your request and, if eligible, send a replacement free of charge.

Start a Return or Exchange

To begin, send an email to info@sheheally.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • If it’s a gift: original buyer’s name, email, or shipping address

  • For defective items: a brief description and photo of the issue

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Once your order is shipped, we can’t change delivery details.

For lost or delayed parcels, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

SheHeally is not liable for packages lost or delayed in transit.

We may update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
