Shipping Origin
Your order may ship from our warehouses located in the United States or Hong Kong, depending on the availability of the product. To ensure timely delivery, your items might be shipped from a different country if necessary.
Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days. During promotional events or high-demand periods, processing times may extend to 7–10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Costs
We’re pleased to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. Customs duties and import taxes are also covered by us—no surprises or hidden fees at delivery.
Customs and Import Duties
By ordering from SheHeally, you authorize us to handle customs clearance on your behalf. In rare cases where additional duties or fees are imposed by local authorities, the customer may be responsible for covering those charges.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Can’t find the email? Make sure to check your spam or junk folder. You can track your order anytime via our tracking page.
Delivery Delays & Issues
While we work hard to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to customs checks, weather, or carrier backlogs. If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 business days, please contact us at info@sheheally.com so we can assist you.
If your tracking status shows “No Information Available,” please allow 2–5 business days for updates to reflect in the system.
Address Errors
Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. SheHeally is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you spot an error, email us within 24 hours at info@sheheally.com. If your package has already been dispatched, redirection may not be possible. Any reshipping costs will be at your expense.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If an item is missing or incorrect, reach out to info@sheheally.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a photo of the received items, and the shipping label so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Cancellations & Order Modifications
You may cancel or modify your order within 7 hours of placing it. After this period, changes may no longer be possible due to processing. To cancel an order, email us at info@sheheally.com with the subject line: “CANCELLATION”.
Returns & Refunds
If your package is returned due to an address issue or refusal to pay duties, we’ll issue a refund minus any shipping fees incurred. Alternatively, we can reship the order once we receive it—reshipping costs will apply.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Europe. However, we are unable to deliver to certain destinations, including French Polynesia, Russia, and China, at this time.
